Dr. Moore, Paul and the staff are very caring and concerned for my husband's pain. The procedures Dr. Moore performs really help my husband's pain. Paul listens and responds to all our questions and concerns and takes action quickly to get the ball rolling so needed procedures can be scheduled asap.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Arrived 10 minutes early for my father's appointment and an hour and half later still no doctor and reception desk still saying "30 more minutes." My father is diabetic and was told to hold off on all meds until the procedure was done. I think if they were that behind to begin with they should have the decency to call and offer to reschedule instead of leaving them waiting for hours with no updates. This is my fathers second visit and the first visit was equally bad. We cancelled our appointment and will not be returning to this doctor.

I love Dr. Moore. My neurosurgeon sent me to him in 2007. I go for a series of 3 procedures once a year. He does not give me a handful of rxs. In fact, he doesn't give me any. I would say that anyone in pain needs to see Dr. Moore. I am 71 years old and free of pain.

Capstone Pain is the first clinic that I've been to where I truly felt that everyone really cared about reducing my severe pain. I wasn't walking well and had many sleepless nights of pain. After treatment with Dr. Moore, I have such a relief from the pain, I finally feel like I've gotten my life back. So grateful.

After suffering from chronic back pain for several years, I visited Dr. Moore at the Capstone Pain Clinic in Ft Worth He made a thorough examination and evaluation before he suggested treatment. After the first procedure I felt immediate relief and I am very grateful to him and his staff for the courtesy and compassion I received. I've had many, many pain doctors over the years, but *not one* has helped with my pain relief like Dr. Moore. He helped me when I thought I would have to get used to being ignored by doctors and be in agony for the rest of my life. And in response to the last review by recsmail:





I was a patient with Dr. Moore in Dallas, then I moved to the newer FW location when that opened. I know that he *definitely* does not have a male nurse in FW-- so are you reviewing the Dallas location?



If I ever had an issue with a nurse or staff member, I would probably tell Dr. Moore or the manager. And also, don't you think they should know that you had a reaction to a medication???

Be careful considering Doctor Moore for pain management. This is a new practice

for Doctor Moore. I was a patient there for short period of time. Threre are many

problems happening in this office. You will be seen by a male nurse that can not

answer any questions and trys to play doctor by tyaking notes. He changed one of

my medications (gave me samples) and said he would contact my family doctor about it, he did not.

I had severe problems from the medication, he took no responsibilty for it.
