My lease is over soon and I'd enjoyed living here, and can't hear anything, and maintenance is good, and they will take care of your problem very fast, the reason for moving is new upgrade,and to have my washer and dryer inside my apartment. love it here thanks so much # 132

This has been the worst eperience ever! Moved in and didn't recieve the apartment I was told I would. Took them months to fix a whole in the ceiling (yes it was there the day I moved in). These people care about their money, not the tennants. They will leave you with ants and spiders taking over your apartment forever, but you better not be late on rent. There is sand from the volleyball court EVERYWHERE! The pool has been green most of my stay here and the gym is only open office hours because they can't get it together. If another water pipe burts I wouldn't be suprised. Of course management will never notify you of what is going on, you will just turn on your faucet and see there is no water. You can hear straigh through these walls and there are soft spots in my floor that I am sure someone will fall through one day. This place is horrible for the price you have to pay for it. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I can't wait till my lease is up!
