I had my carpets cleaned by chemdry and man what a great job. The carpets dried really fast which was nice because I didn't have to wait all day for it to dry. The guy that cleaned my carpet was very nice and knowledgable. He didn't pressure me into buying a bunch of stuff I didn't need which was different compared to cleaners I've used in the past. All in all I will defenitly be using Blue Ribbon in the future and would highly recommend them.

We had our carpets cleaned and were very disstasified with the results compare to previous carpet cleaning. We called the company expressing our concerns and they came back out charging us again to clean. What a scam. Spraying carbonated water on a carpet doesn't clean it!! I will never use Chem-Dry again!

Had blue ribbon chem dry out to clean my carpets and they did an excellent job and I am thrilled at the out come. I will never use anyone else again because, they have proven that they no there business. The tech was great and very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. Blue Ribbon is definitely a family owned business and I like that very much. Thanks Blue Ribbon for saving my carpets.

Blue Ribbon Chem dry cleaned my carpets and a was overwhelemed by how great they looked. I have had other carpet cleaners in the past and was never totally satified but, I will never use any one else again but, Blue Ribbon. There tech was very professional and explained the process and how it worked so, I could understand. Don't think twice if you want a professional job just give them a call.

They do a lousy job and won't return you calls. It looked awful! "just wait until it dries".... DON'T WAIT UNTIL IT DRIES AND THINK BEFORE YOU CALL.
