poor customer service, terrible to do business with! Adam will get your money, do a poor job and you'll never hear from him again. All he cares about is your money. Go with another company with a lifetime warranty! Been trying since April to get repairs done to a job done earlier this year and Adam does not return phone calls. He makes appts to do the repairs but never shows up. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! Stay away from Adam - his work is poor and his business ethics are non existent.

bad customer service, will not return phone calls, make appts to fix their poor gutter job and never shows up. don't waste your money - go with another company. at this rate he should be out of business in a year! don't trust him if he says he'll fix a job. he takes your money and that's all he cares about.

If the owner name is ADAM ALVAREZ do not trust him. Gutter fell off my shed 3 months after install back in February 2011 and to this date still off. Front of gutters are leaning forward and failed to show up to fix repair. ADAM ALVAREZ will tell you what you want to hear but does not show up. I have made over 10 phones calls to get my shed gutters repaired and he no longer returns phone calls. My wife has called him on the house gutters and he said the would be done by the end of the week. ADAM ALVAREZ showed his true colors by "NO SHOWING" again!!! If he is subcontracted to do your house call the original contractor and request a different gutter company or leave the original contractor. Doing so will save you the trouble and headache of getting the poor quality install repaired.

I had this company install gutters on my barn. Because they set the gutters so far under the edge of the roof the rain just rolls over the gutters onto the ground. I have called and left voice mail many times but they will not return my call. Bad customer service after they have your money.

Very disappointed to see at the first rain that the gutters they installed on my barn were set so far under the edge of my roof that they will not catch rainwater. The water just rolls over the top of the edge of the gutter. I called numerous times and the owner will not return my calls. He got his money and I guess that is all that matters to him.
