Founded in 1976, Fort Wayne Women s Bureau is a nonprofit organization that offers mentoring, training and assistance services. It administers a rape awareness program for rape victims. The organization offers counseling services for the survivors of rape, molestation and domestic violence. Fort Wayne Women s Bureau deals in panic attack, irritability and anger-related stress disorders and serves more than 6,500 individuals. It also administers a drug and alcohol treatment program that offers independent living and aftercare services for women and children up to the age of 10.
