I love Vision Care Associates! It all started when I walked int the front door. The front desk smiled and welcomed me into the office. The staff is awesome! They are caring and explain things in detail. I never felt rushed during my exam. The glasses selection is incredible! There are all different styles of frames there. They have several opticians and they are very helpful! They look at your face, talk to you about your style and what look you want, and educate you on the different lens options that are available. I would not go anywhere else for my family or my eye exams and glasses selection. The doctors also go above and beyond to give you the best eye exam. I feel very confident about my eye health and if I have any questions, they are very helpful. Thank you!

Receptionist is extremely rude!

I walked up to the receptionist after the doctor told me to make an appt. for next week. She pointed to her ear piece and said, "I'm on the phone". Not, "I'm sorry, I'll be with you in just a moment" or anything polite or respectful. Just rudeness. Dr. Fath was very apologetic for his staff having left my son in a room waiting for a doctor when the doctor was not even in the building. After I found out the doctor was not there, I left and had to return later in the day because they had already dilated my son's eyes.
