Never go there. This place has only gotten worse. Their hours are not as posted they close early and open late. Food is not prepared right. I have to go in from the drive thru to get the rest of my food. Sometimes the inside is closed during the day. Today my boyfriend is in line right behind this other car that is ordering at 9:59pm on Saturday 11-14-15. My boyfriend pulls up and the guy says he can't take his order because they are closed so he has to wait in line to get out. There wasn't even anyone behind him they should of took his order. He was too far in and you can't get out of the drive thru.

Worst Taco Bell EVER!!!! We have frequented the Dupont Rd. location several times and have had multiple, continued problems. The problems start with not getting the order correct. I speak clear english with no slang, lisp, mumble or speech impediment. Yet, the order is entered wrong and has to be corrected. We then must check the order before we leave and, more often than not, their is an error in what was made or what was in the bag. On one occasion i could hear employees cursing in the back. Again, WORST TACO BELL EVER!!!!

We stopped by at 118am to buy some dinner. When we pulled up, no one answered the drive up. We pulled around the building and so some fat chick duck behind the counter and try to hide. There were 2 employee cars there and they are SUPPOSED to be open until 130am. Total Unexceptable and will never return. This is not the first problem we have encountered with this Taco Bell and has now lost our business. - Pissed off customer in the mood for tacos!
