These people are truly passionate when it comes to repairs - they really care and do their best to get the job done right. When it comes to speaker repairs, Tom is THE speaker guru. The guys in electronic repair really take their time to get the job done right, and they aren't "board changers" - they actually repair the item. Highly recommended.

I have a older Boston Acoustics setup that is great. It needed a new foam surround. I looked at doing myself, but after looking at all the work, and how hard it would be for an amateur, I decided to let a pro do it. I am really really glad I did. Not only did his repair make the speaker look almost new, it sounds great. Not to mention it comes with a warranty! (He stands behind this fix for a year.) I After talking to the owner a bit I told him about a broken treadmill controller I had. He said bring it in and I will see if I can fix it. Well, he just called and said he was able to fix my treadmill controller board! I have not installed it to test it, but I have 100% faith that it will work perfectly. You can tell from the work on the speaker that he pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. (That seems rare these days!) I will use the Speaker Workshop again and again...even if the treadmill controller ends up not working out. (I am sure it will)

Tom saved me from spending a lot of money. We have a phone system and were trying to wire in sound from an IPod. Another company could not figure it out and told me the IPod would not work and I would have to buy a $300 separate on hold unit to make it work. I took my parts to Tom, explained the situation and he fixed it. It works perfectly! Thank You Tom & Speaker Workshop!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. This guy pretty much knows everything there is to know about speakers and was very helpful replacing the woofers on my old JVC's. The fact that he did it for a reasonable price is only icing on the cake...

I was extremely impressed by the owner, Tom's knowledge, experience, patience and service. We drove 120 miles one way for Tom to repair our speaker. Had it been a part that he had in stock, he would have done it while we waited. If we need JBL repairs or any loudspeaker work, I'll be going back to Fort Wayne and the speaker workshop.
