Very impressed with the staff at the Dupont store. Originally, I wished to get my old grandmother's vac repaired and they patiently explained in detail what exactly needed repaired. They even showed what all I needed to do if I wanted to fix myself but was surprised they offered free service repair if I wanted them to do it and would just charge me for parts not labor. I could tell they were busy but the owner took the time to go over every option which included the cost of a brand new vacuum which was within my budget & just about the same cost for the new parts that my old grandma's vac needed. After weighing the pros/cons, I went with the new vac since my grandma's was so old & rusted. Best part is that the owner, Scott, knew it had sentimental value and gave me a store credit that went towards the new one. It's almost like my grandmother was looking over me and helping me with a brand new gift. Thanks grandma & to the guys at Service All Vacuum!
