Very, very disappointing. We ordered a supreme and it never came. So when we called they said that the order was screwed up. They promised to make a new pizza and get it to us but no discount. Well the pizza that was delivered was damn cold!!! It could not have been made fresh. We don't live that far from Anthony for a pizza to get 'over night' cold. This was the second time that we ordered from Vito's. It will be our last!!!

Only reason I am giving a 1 star is because 0 isn't an option....called for pizza this evening, was told 30-45 minutes and over an hour later I called to check on the status and was told it was on its way. Another 20 minutes later I called and they told me it was on its way and I told them that's what I was told 20 minutes ago..finally the driver pulled up outside..pizza didn't come as it was suppose to nor do I feel it was the right size....when I called back to question size and toppings I was told that he told me an hour and when I reminded him that he told me 30-45 minutes he told me he wasn't going to argue with me and hung up. I tried to call back to speak to a manager but the 3 or 4 times I tried to call back the man that answered just picked up the phone and hung up on me without saying anything. I wouldn't recommend to anyone because the customer service at this pizza place is ignorant and they could stand to learn a few things.

This place is the worst place for customer service ever we ordered at 845pm and was told it would be 1 hour it ended up to be 3 hours when the delivery got here he said that they didn't tell him it was a card so I had to find cash then when we open the bag it was not our order so we call and ws put on hold for 20 min before the phone was hung up so we called right back to be put on hold for another 30 min before the phone was hung up again so by this time we decided to eat what was brought and call in the morning so when we called today when they opened we was told the we have to call back after 4

I ordered a whiting dinner. I don't know what the fish I received was, but I have never had whiting so bland and processed appearing

I love this place....their sausage rolls are so good. Plus they deliver like at 3:00 in the morning which makes it really convenient

Great place pizza was good and the cheapest prices around. Love the food guys keep it up I only wish they had one up north.

They delivered us pizza at 3 in the morning. It was decently priced and came fast. They could work on the sauce(tastes like tomato paste straight from the can). But the buffalo chicken was very good.

It was dirty, they got the order wrong, & there was hair in our food. & they were rude! if i could rate it, it would be a negative number, the cheese was soggy. & the pizza tasted like wet paper.
