I would have to give two ratings: One for product, the other for service and personnel. We purchased our bed and give the product itself 5 stars. Service after the sell needs much attention (no stars). Also, the personnel during the sell were a bit annoying to speak with. They don't have very good salesmanship skills although they think they do. A bit annoying.
