Rachel, the store manager at Illinois Rd. store spent hours on the phone with my credit card company getting a refund credited to my account that was due to me on a returned item. Thank you Rachel! One of my favorite " go-to stores" . Such a wide variety of items, and friendly helpful people.

The employees at this Menards are extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist customers. I am in this store on the average of at least 3 times per week or more. I do price comparisons and on non sale items their prices are almost always lower than Lowes. If you need help or advice on a project this is the place to go.
it's a fine store but has no consideration for the handicapped - they have one undersized wheelchair and no scooters. the employees are embarrassed by this and sometimes have to go in and shop for handicapped people. it's a huge store but if you can't walk they do not want your business
No matter what you need you can find it at Menards
