I had a sleeping baby in the car. Two guys came out and changed a bulb in my headlight and added oil. Great customer service. I didnt even go in the store.

Don't dare call to find out how much a service will be on your vehicle. They will hang up on you once you say that's to much. RUDE

I took my car in for the ABS warning light being on. The problem was quickly diagnosed to be a shorted out sensor. Although it took 2 visits to get the problem solved, (I believe FORD supplied them with insufficient information), they stood behind their work and resolved the problem at their cost. I would highly recommend Hires to others.
