After 35 years banking with Fort Financial they are still the best. After dealing with other institutions and their endless fees, Fort Financial is the only place for me.

Awful, terrible, poor customer service and attention to detail... I wouldn't even give one stat but this website made me give a rating. NEVER bank with this institution. Online banking is antiquated and tellers at main branch on Spring Street are unprofessional and uneducated. My husband lost his card and it was never cancelled despite the fact they told him three times that it was and a new one was in the mail when it wasn't. The teller that "closed" our account never actually did so and debit cards were never cancelled.
