I recently purchased a Granite countertop for a vanity, and I ultimately picked the wrong color bowls. Without any hesitation, they were able to replace the bowls with the right color for no additional cost. Very friendly, and have a Huge Selection to pick from. Highly recommend them to anyone needing cabinets or countertops.

I am very disappointed with this company. I had a quartz counter top in my house installed by Copper River. During the sales and installation process the customer service and unprofessionalism that this company showed was offensive. I received multiple emails/messages calling me and my contractors that I was working with derogatory names and even profanity was used. I was also lied to about when the store would be open even after double checking multiple times which caused me to waste valuable time out of my day traveling into the store to look at samples to find out they were closed all day. Lastly, when I filled out my customer review Copper River took it from me and changed it right in front of me making the review more favorable for them. The unprofessionalism shown made the project more difficult working with Copper River because of the opinions that Copper River had of my hired contractors and the derogatory comments made about them and myself. Stay away.

I am very disappointed with this company. I had all of the cabinets and granite counter tops in my house installed by Copper River. Several mistakes were made with measurements and they changed counter top design with out telling me. They would not admit to changing my plans without my knowledge and told me I was stuck with what was installed. Stay away.

I shopped at many cabinetry companys. I felt very confident with Copper River and the staff. My project went very smooth and I only had a few minor issues...a nail hole that was not touched up and a little sawdust in one cabinet. Bill, one of the owners came out and filled the nail hole and swept the cabinet out. Very nice guy.

Mike Thomas and company were very helpful. Mike suggested things that my wife and I had not even thought of. The installers (Wayne and crew) were excellent and kept us informed. If we ever have a problem (none as of yet) Mike Thomas will make sure it is rectified. Very pleasant people!!!
