I went here to get my belly button pierced. I was scared but excited. The man who actually did my piercing was new to the shop but they were training him on the ways that they do piercings. That made me nervous. They walked me through the process as it was happening and it turned out perfect. It healed very nicely and my friend then went there a couple months later to get hers done too. We both followed the directions and both our piercings turned out great!

i went here to get an industrial bar done. i was scared about it because i hate needles and things being shoved into my ear. anyways the guy who did the piercing explained everything very clear to me and talked to me during the whole thing. it barely hurt and he kept me calm and relaxed the whole time. my overall experience was so good. im going to get my first tattoo there..im so excited..i cant wait(:

I will never go back to this parlor. About a year ago, I went to go get my helix pierced. Everything went fine and dandy whilst I got it pierced. As the months progressed on afterward, I kept cleaning my helix as I was told (with salt water). Well, my ear wouldn't heal. Then, I started applying Neosporin (I know, big no-no. But I was desperate). It started to heal, and it got to the point where I could change it. Well, it turns out my helix was crooked. I had to let the hole close up...$45 wasted. Then, a few months ago recently, my friend went there to go get her belly button pierced. Everything thing went fine then, too. But a few months later, it wouldn't heal. Also, it started to tilt and continued to be even more infected. She, also, followed the cleaning instructions correctly. She went back to have them help her change her piercing, and the person said "Did this person pierce it?" My friend said yes, and the guy told her that he could tell. (Not good.) Never again.

I went in wanting some hearts that had very thin lines and was told it was impossible to do them. I had drawn them up myself, so I wasn't taking no for an answer. They told me I would have to get them at least twice the size they were. I went somewhere else and had them done with no problems. They're just like most tattoo shops in Fort Wayne, where all they care about is money. Oh well...I'll never recommend them to anyone and I sure won't EVER go there again.

I was recommended by a friend to go there and get my tongue pierced. So, I went there a little leary because of a piercing I had in my cartlidge from another tattoo shop, but they totally went beyond my expectation. They took care of me very quickly, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was a little scared about having my tongue done but the guy who did it made me feel very at ease and told me it would be quick and that biting my tongue feels worse that having this done. He was so right. About 3 months later I decided to go back to have my nose pierced. Awesome customer service again and the guy who took care of me had an amazing energy that you weren't scared at all until he pushes the needle through and then it hurts. He was great about telling me what was gonna happen and got through the process quickly. I am now going to go back there to have my first tattoo done. I can't wait.....

i went in not exactly sure what i wanted or even how to go about it, the staff at timeless was quick to help with a non pushy attitude. they helped me clear up the design i had in my head and put it to paper. i was very pleased that even though they had many designs on the walls they were all about drawing the tattoo up them selves so it would be one of a kind. it was my first tattoo and i loved it i will never go any where else and i would recommend them to anyone.
