The fixed a problem that we were having with our speakers. They were very loyal, we had to go in 4 times but they worked with us all the way.

I recently submitted an application and resume with the compay for car stereo install. Have tons of experience and an ase certification. Ive called to touch base with the manager, and have spoken to him a couple times concerning the position. My complaint is that now he wont even return my calls inquiring on the position. At least be professional enough to return my calls, and tell me that you've decided to go with someone else for the position. On top of that I recommended a friend to go to them for stereo install needs. He bought a top end stereo for his car, valued at 1400 dollas plus installation. Guess what.... Ill never recommend them to any of my associates, or friends for stereo purchasses, install needs, or home theater needs again. If he cannot be professional with me, im not going to allow it to happen to any of my associates that I see, and deal with on a daily basis.

I found them very friendly and had the information I needed to make an informed decision. I had them construct a $25,000 home theater and it is beautiful! Best of all, it was done on time and on budget. JRH

I have never received business as poorly as I have recieved business here, at classic stereo. They have absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, and if you take something there, you might as well wait a good 3 months to get it back. I am very surprised that they are still allowed to service parts. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau on them, and I am currently in the process of filing other claims with them. Horrible, horrible service.
