Charlotte is great! We've been taking our little pup there for 6 years. Her shop is always clean - my dog knows when we turn in her drive where she is and she can't wait to get inside.

I've been having my dog groomed by Charlotte for 9 years now. She is by far the best and most compassionate groomer in Fort Wayne. My dog is super shy with everyone she meets but she made herself right at home at Charlotte's shop. There are probably many groomers in Fort Wayne that can give your dog a good haircut, but you really don't know what goes on once you leave your dog there alone. Charlotte is kind with the animals and treats them like they were her own. My dog is not scared to get groomed anymore because she has had such great experiences with her. She is now a very old dog and Charlotte makes sure that the grooming is as gentle as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone that cares about the well being of their dog.

Charlotte is absolutely the BEST! She has groomed my 2 Yorkies for 9 years. I always know they will be well taken care of, and groomed to my specifications! She is thoughtful, caring, and very professional. A+ groomer.

Charlotte's Grooming is great. I never worry when I leave our temperamental dog with her to be groomed. Charlotte is thorough, friendly, honest and cares about her work and our family pet. Her prices are very reasonable and the facility very clean looking and smelling. In have never seen any dogs or cats not be well taken care of, I recommend Charlotte anytime. Charlotte is the best groomer in Fort Wayne. She has been grooming my dog for 7 years now and I would never go anywhere else. She loves animals and it shows. She is extremely compassionate and my super-shy dog absolutely adores her. I worked at 3 different vet clinics over the last 10 years and some of the groomers there were horrible. Really fake (nice to your face and then they would be rough with the dogs once the owner leaves). This will never happen at Charlotte's. She really is the best!!!!

I've lived in the Ft. Wayne area for a long while and consequently I've visited a lot of groomers. My Bichon was an absolute basketcase when I brought her home from the last groomer. A friend of mine told me about Charlotte's shop so I decided to give her a try. Charlotte's compassion for animals really shows. Best yet, when I came to pick up my little girl from Charlotte she was not only in tip-top shape, but she was also excited about being there. We plan on using Charlotte's grooming services for many years to come.
