I just love this hassle free store! Every experience we've had with this Best Buy location, has been exceptional. We have made several purchases. Flat Screen TV's, Laptop, desk computer, High speed camera, cell phones & lots of extra accessories. Not to mention the entertainment items. The associates seem very knowledgeable about every item we've inquired about. If the certain associate did not know the answer, they found an expert in that area that did. One time in particular, we had lost a sales receipt for one of our purchases. No problem! One of the associates at the Service Center, hooked us up with a duplicate copy for our income taxes. I love the price match deal too! I've had a couple of times where I did not have the actual print out of the item. A manage has gone ahead and okayed it anyways. I've also had associates print a copy off right there at one of their terminals. One last point. The cell phones we've purchased, the associate is more than happy to activate it.

The person answering the phone did not transfer me to the department I wanted but it didn't matter as he was very helpful and informative. Very patient and answered all my questions throughly.

Never answer the phone! Terrible customer service!
