Unfortunately, I dislike going to Arby's at lunchtime). There is always 5-10 minute drivethrough wait. When I request no onions on my wrap, it seems they always still put them on. I have a very limited lunch break and it would be great if I could count on Arby's like I can on Wendy's just down the way...they ALWAYS get me through their line less than 3 minutes. Unfortunately...they don't have wraps. Arby's prices are higher than most drive throughs too, so I seldom go. I can go to carlos O'Kellys and get more food for roughly the same price. My wrap is over $5.00 just for the sandwich. I can get chips ,salsa, lunch entree for around $5.00 to $6.00 dollars. They also have call ahead curb side...so it's quicker for me for carryout. One time I had a black hair in my wrap at the bluffton road location...it took me several months to come back. I really love your food...I just wish the prices and efficiency was improved.
