I moved to this side if town a year ago and now shop at this store . I am so disappointed . I shopped the Winn Dixie on Beal street for years and absolutely loved shopping there . They made you feel like family as you walked through the door . I have never once been verbally welcomed by anyone at this store . I have on several occasions ask if they could Oder certain food items I use regularly but they have never been able to get them in stock like the other store . No one seems to want to take responsibility for anything. . If I ask a question it always seems to be someone else's department . I can never get a straight answer from anyone especially that manager . I miss enjoying my shopping trips now it is a real hassle . Wish I knew how to change this store for the better .

Austin at the customer service center is the most generous kind person !!!

I always stop in twice a week after work while heading home back up to Crestview. The store is very clean and the friendly faces are always eager to help and last the best " I never have to wait long in the line due to prompt opening of another register. I have just one gripe and has to do with backery shop. I am a cannolie connoisseur and find them delicious and usually I buy all the left overs. The problem is the very slowness of restock. Example like this friday I bought four small cannolies and found out they put out just them four and now I have to wait anywhere from 6 days to two weeks to restock by the slow turtle in charge of making them. I will close it here and not step beyond this manner.
