A Hands-On Approach is a massage therapy practice with an emphasis on reducing pain, improving function and working with clients to help them better understand their bodies, how they work and how to keep them healthy. I treat a large variety of needs and dysfunctions ranging from back pain and strained muscles to stress relief and TMJ disorders. Using varying techniques, each massage is customized to the client and their wellness goals.Massages are by appointment only.
