Sunday, I called, the guy called back, told me a price for unclogging my sewer, I went with it.
Very prompt, very nice, did the job, charged me exactly what he said it would be, no hidden cost. He knew his stuff and did his job quickley and effeciently. I would recommend them anytime. There price was alot lower on a weekend than anyone else.

Horrible!!! Do not use them. All I needed was my septic tank emptied. Guy dug up my yard and never found the tank. I found it after he left. It was where he said he already looked. Then they come back the next week and he destroys my lid to the tank with a sledge hammer. He said they would replace it. Two months later I call. They say someone is on there way to replace it. And of course they never show up. Service and management are terrible. I give them a negative 5 star!!!
Called them to cap a gas line. The communication was great - nice and helpful. The Plumber arrived promptly and looked professional. Worked quickly, even taking a short time to go get a part. He was friendly and informative. The price was much less than I was expected for crawling under the house in a 16 inch space. Would recommend!
Horrible experience, called westark plumbing to come check out water heater that had gone out. Serviceman was clueless and seemed like he did not know what he was doing. After less than an hour he decided that is was either a valve or I needed a new water heater. The cost of valve was over $400 and water heater $750. I told him no and the cost for the call out and no work was $139! When I asked why so high he said because of driving and had to call tech.. A joke! On a side note I called another company out to check it and they had it fixed in 30 minutes for $86 parts and labor. Will Never again use westark plumbing
