      I love Sonic and usually eat at sonic a couple of times a week. I frequent this Sonic and on Phoenix. Last week I went to this Sonic on a Tuesday for lunch. My lunch was brought to me and the fries were cold, I could not eat them, I called and they said they would bring another order out. I sat there ate the rest of meal and drink and still no fries. I was angry and caught a carhop walking by and told her what happened and gave her my fries. She offered to bring some more out but I could not wait. This week Monday I was at this Sonic at lunch and placed my order. When it came out I had ordered sweet tea, the tea was unsweet. So I called and they said they would be right out with a sweet tea, it never happened. After eating my meal and 20 minutes later I called again and asked for a manager. A young african american female came out and I told her what happened last week and then again today. She offered to go get a drink for me but I told her I had waited enough and I will not return.

      I just left this sonic because I placed my order and 20 minutes later I had no food.
