Drove 1.5 hours each way for appt. On arrival we found appt was not in system, he was not there & my mom was to bring her own meds. Came back 3 days later for 10:15 appt. Filled out NINE PAGE form w/ redundant questions, took 40 mins. Waited. Put in room with flickering light, waited. Asked why waiting, told 5 ppl in front of us. 2 hours past appt time. Asked why waiting, told we are next. Waited. Complained, about lack of customer service. Dr. finally came in, I was asked to leave the office or he would not treat my mother. 4.25 HOURS after her appt time we finally left. Staff was not professional and were rude when questioned. Complaining about service gets you physically pushed out the door and a talk with the police. Clinic located in a defunct mall in a bad part of town, was dirty, and did not have privacy act info available. I will drive any distance necessary to avoid ever setting foot in this place again.
