I am not sure what has changed with this pharmacy, but the owners are now complete jerks. This use to be a great place to do business and it was a locally owned business, but we will never use them again. Our insurance cards would not go through and the lady at the front was trying to call in and was on hold when one of the owners walked up and told her she wasn't our secretary. What really makes me mad is that we had already paid for the prescription, that will be that last money National Pharmacy in Fort Smith ever gets from me and I will tell everyone about them. Sure wish there was a rating below 1 star.

They would not fill my scripts, said they only feel old customers, no new customers!

I was using this pharmacy but tonight I went in to fill 2 prescriptions one for pain and one for anti-inflammatory for my husband who had just under gone his 4th surgery to remove cancerous tumors from his bladder the pharmacist refused to fill them saying the scrips were fake and I was just trying to score drugs and he wasn't going to call the cops this time but I needed to leave, but just moments before he told me this one of his clerks sold a needle to a male customer wearing filthy clothes smelling to high heaven walking unsteadly I am so disappointed because I use to think they were awesome and even recommended them to my friends...I will never darken their doorway again I am totally finished with this pharmacy!!
