Morrison Elementary School offers a variety of educational programs for students in pre-kindergarten through grade six. It focuses on reading, writing and math skills and is located in Fort Smith, Ark. The school maintains a parent-teacher association and conducts literacy nights and other seasonal programs. Morrison Elementary School employs counselors, speech and language pathologists, psychologists and physical education instructors. The school is accredited by the North Central Association and the Arkansas Department of Education. It is a part of Fort Smith Public Schools, which manages more than 15 elementary and over five secondary schools, as well as operates adult learning and professional development centers.
