Incorporated in 1974, Tri-Valley Developmental Services is a nonprofit agency that offers support services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. It serves citizens in Allen, Bourbon, Neosho and Woodson counties in Kansas. The agency provides 24-hour residential services and assistance with daily activities. Tri-Valley Developmental Services organizes life enrichment programs that include therapy and physical fitness classes. It also offers skill building, job training and employment options. In addition, the agency assists with the transportation of disabled individuals. Tri-Valley Developmental Services manages the Friends of Tri-Valley Foundation, which organizes fundraising and support programs. The agency is a member of InterHab and is affiliated with the College of Direct Support.
