Shipped the wrong fish 2 separate times, one time the order was filled with 15 TOTALLY incompatible fish. An unethical company that does not care about our sea resources.

Their product was packaged very well. Undoubtedly would have survived the trip to our home in Ohio. But FedEx delivered the package to my neighbor! 24 hours later after FedEx left the box on the WRONG front porch, the package was discovered. It was 20 degrees that night! So we got $140.00 of fish bait! This was on the 21st of Feb. It is now the 13th of march and I still cannot get in touch with satwaterfish.com. FedEx has pretty much told me to get lost! If only Saltwaterfish.com would answer my e-mail and answer their phone! I remember when it was "consumer beware"....not "consumer be damned".
