Dr Adams is the only vet I go to. Top notch care, not the cheapest but the best. If you want to cheap out go somewhere else. He has done emergency surgery on my dog and then taken him home with him to care for the dog. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Substandard service, and was lied to.

They are focused on selling health plans rather than care of the pets, all while saying it's in the pets best interest. I was lied to when they were pushing the health plan on us, regarding what was covered. And when confronted the became argumentive, angry and would not let me speak to the manager, or director.
