I've always loved Firehouse, but I have never been treated so rudely by staff in my entire life. Tonight a staff member told me the store was closed 1.5 hours before closing time. He later offered me a sauce to try. Their hottest sauce, unbeknownst to me. My mouth was on fire to the point of pain. & I love hot stuff, so when I say I was in pain I mean it. I hope he has not done this to other customers who do not have such a high tolerance for hot and spicy as I do. I will NEVER eat there again!
