Great Company

I don't what was the person person was talking about but Terry is awesome. She is not rude at all. Everyone in the office is wonderful. They are quick and get the work done. I would highly recommend them. My papers are served right away and I receive my affidavits quickly.

Perhaps she's just getting old.

If so, I can identify. If not, Terry, the alleged owner of South Florida Legal Services, needs telephone etiquette training. She doesn't need to apologize for being wrong but she certainly should apologize for being rude and obnoxious. She received eviction papers from us on 7/2/09, to deliver to a tenant. On 7/8/09, I called to find out when they had been served or posted. She had done neither but promised to get them posted before the day was over. Today, 7/9/09, I called to make sure my papers got served or posted. Terry told me that she talked to my son on 7/8/09, and that he was adamant that the papers be SERVED, not posted. Not knowing whether this was true or not, I handed the phone to my son who explained that he had not even talked to her on 7/8/09. When I got the phone back, Terry was furious, as if I was the inefficient one giving out false information. She advised me that I was rude and that "this" was her first complaint in twenty-three (I think) years. If holding eviction papers from 7/2 to 7/8 without communicating with the owner/landlord, is acceptable to other landlords then the rental business is going downhill. Regardless, Terry now has to wait over two decades before she can tell anyone else that, "...this is the first complaint I've had in twenty-three years!"
