Seabreeze is really only HOT AIR Turning into THE PREFECT STORMTheir website and sales pitch gets an A . Everything else gets an FThey have done shabby work, they dont stand behind their work, and they are overpriced for what you actually get and will not take ownership to any mistakes they have made and refuse to make good on work badly doneExamples:1.They damaged the cables coming from the house. The cable was clearly visible and only inch under the dirt but at least 2 ft of it was above the dirt leading directly into the back of the house, We had no idea why our internet and TV was acting up until it stopped working all together and the cable company came out and showed us what was done. This is after we suffered with no service for 4 days.What we got from the Owner of the Company Derrick when we told him was. Well it did not cost you anything for the company to fix it so thats that. This is not our responsibility. No genuine Im Sorry for the inconvenience it caused, no nothing, just sarcasm 2.They claim they used and charged us for 60 bags of Mulch. NO WAY was 60 bags used maybe 30.3.Bougainvilleas tree in a pot no more than 3ft tall and a week later looking dead. $350 and they will not take it back they claim that is the going price and that is the way it is suppose to look4.We told the sales person we did not want a stick in our back yard we told him what kind of tree we wanted and we wanted to block the view of the place across the river. We got a stick and then after the fact was told it would be close to a year before it starts to not look like a stick5.They put 2 inches or more of mulch right on top of our grass in an approximately 20x40 bed without taking up the grass first so now our low maintenance landscaping has turned into a landscaping nightmare and they agreed to come back only to spray weed killer on everything after the fact but will not guarantee they will not kill the other plants. If they kill the plants they will not replace the plants6.We were promised they would bring dirt to place around our palm tree so they could plant Pothos that was to grow up the tree. They did not so of course the Porthos is dead. They agreed to bring the dirt and more Pothos but they are acting like they are doing us a big favor when it was due to us anyway7.They did not place in any boarders or edging around all the mulch put down so now every time we water the plants the mulch runs into the street and into the driveway and just looks messy. We were told well you did not tell us you wanted edging or a boarder!!! Really!!! We should have to tell them that!
