Avoid these guys at all costs. After their initial treatment, they didn't come back to my house for over 6 months! I had to call them and ask what happened. They extended my contract another 6 months to make up for it, but did not come out as scheduled.

The RIGHT thing to do is to fix the issue. That's how you KEEP paying clients. That's how you get renewals. That's how people send referrals. Not one follow up phone call. Not one email. Not one letter. ZERO communication with your customers. Sounds like you don't care...and it shows.
