The services we provide are: dry cleaning, laundry, alterations & repairs, area rugs, households & bedding, leather cleaning, wedding gown cleaning & preservation. Our turnaround time is typically 2-3 days, depending on location. In some stores, we can offer an expedited service such as "Next Day" or "Same Day" at our plant locations. La France Cleaners also offers Free Pick-up & Delivery throughout most of Southwest Florida. Areas served (but are not limited to) include Port Charlotte, Englewood, North Port, Venice, Boca Grande, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Naples, and Fort Myers.       Horrible cleaning service. Terrible employees. Damaged my dress and refused to take responsibility. I took a dress that I purchased to wear to an event into Magic Dry Cleaners to be cleaned. I asked the lady at the desk if the cleaners were able to clean the dress and she said yes. When I went to pick up my dress I discovered it was damaged. The lady at the desk said that she would talk to the manager and I would receive a call the next day. When I did not receive a call I went back in and the dry cleaner said that she did not damage my dress and blamed the damage on me saying that I bought the dress damaged. I told her I did not buy a damaged dress at which point the cleaner changed tactics and said she could not have damaged the dress because she did not even clean it. I told her if that was the case then she would not have charged me for the cleaning. In the end, the dry cleaner refused to take responsibility and I had a damaged dress that I could not wear to my event. I
