I happen to know that the problem of the "Rip Off" complaint happened in the Cape Coral Store, not the Fort Myers store. As of right now the Cape Store no longer is owned by Lou's. The Fort Myer's Store has always been great to me and my car service has been excellent. Lou really works hard to give the best prices for the work and the mechanics always work hard to do the right job. Sometimes working on cars can be a "grey" area like being a doctor for your body. Sometimes you need a second opinion. Lou is always willing to listen and find out what that second opinion is. Thank you for all you have done

Terrible ripoff artists. Out of the $10,000 we spent with them, $2,000 was for unnecessary repairs, $1,000 was for damage they caused, and they charged an additional 400% on what the parts actually cost. Do a search for their company name on Google to read our ridiculous story in greater detail.
