Every attempt to send medical information to represent my situation was met with a response to not send them info. They do not inform clients of any status updates and almost brag that this is how it is and it's no better anywhere else. They are not interested in trying to win an appeal and would rather take it to a hearing. The attitude here is very matter of fact. I think that they are so use to working with persons who don't deserve disability they cannot recognize the person who is truly suffering anymore.
