Misrepresented charges

Very upset

My parent was a client and died last year. I had the firm do the taxes for the estate. Very simple returns, no taxes owed. Received a bill for several hundread dollars-- paid it promptly. 2 weeks later received 2 more bills for several hundread dollars each! When I called the office I was told that the first bill was for only 1 return (there were three). They never told me there would be more charges since there was a bill mailed back with the tax returns. These returns were very simple, and they charged me a lot more than my parent paid them last year. I feel overcharged and taken advantage of.
