Dunbar Community School offers a range of adult education enrichment programs for adults and students above the age of 16. The school provides GED instruction and the English as a Second Language program. It offers Spanish, computer technology and health and fitness classes. Dunbar Community School also provides assistance with the enhancement of reading skills. The school is governed by Lee County Public Schools, which manages several elementary, middle, high and charter schools, as well as special centers. The school district offers early childhood learning services for families with young preschool children. It provides special education and Title I programs.
