Should have known not to call the second time. the 1st time was to unclog a drain, tech stated he wouldn't use the auger to clean, he might get it stuck, but he would sell us a service plan to clean the line. Had to pay a service call fee to find out what we already knew, the line was clogged.
2nd trip was for a/c unit icing up. Tech said the coils needed cleaned, which he did, unit worked about three hours and quit cooling, iced up again. Called a different a/c company, teck stated we now needed Freon, 2 lb.'s and that the low side line had a hole in it -- repaired, and working now - Best Home Services also tried to sell us another service plan for $300 to make sure the unit would work properly. very disappointed with the service, bordering on fraud, as we think the tech damaged the a/c line. Will tell everyone we know not to use Best Home Services. Name should be changed to "WORST" Home services. By the way the bill was for $341.00.
