I have been calling every since I made my last payment and it's been cat in mouse with your reps... Well finally they assured me they mailed it off and I am responsible for the lost title therefore I need to pay $85 for a duplicate... That was stated by Joel your Manager Monday... After researching, I've learned what I suspected, they are trying to duke me to get more money. There has never been a paper title issued until yesterday 8-28-14, Down Town Fort Myers for $10.00.. Therefore there was no way your reps mailed a title... Everything was electronic as of 7-25-13 I have checked with multiple sources, tax collectors, dmv, your regional office and they all agree that from their records what I have been told is a lie in a attempt to cheat me out of money...

i have emailed them several times trying to get them to work on a down payment. most of the vehicles are under 5,000.00 so you would figure they wouldn't be so uptight, but i get rude one word repsonces 3 days later, won't work with me, guess they'd rather have the vehicles sitting collecting dust than help an honest working person get ownership and sell the things. I even tried with one they had listed at 1795.00! NOTHING. I wont be buying there when i do finally save up enough for a larger down payment thats for sure.

Lacking in good business practices-continued runaround from sales staff and don not stand behind their word. Tried to resolve issues and attempted several times to deal with the owner- and like everything else from them they would not provide a way to talk to the owner or he was never available. Through much research of my own I have obtained the owners name and also found that their business license is past do at the county office
