Lived in Alta Mar for 3 year until recently. Moved due to for sale. Would have stayed forever! Felt safe and knew the place was well taken care of. Fees seem high, NOT when you get EVERTHING included in them except a low electric bill. Inc: Water, Sewer, Trash, Cable and Internet. Professional Managers, 2, Maintenance Manager, Full Time Housekeeper, wonderful landscaping, cameras and high tech security. Place has an aura of elegance as to first arrive to the lobby with giant pillars and archways. Wonderful views of River and Sunsets. Seems the dolphins love to come by and fish and come up the Billy Creek right beside the condos on that side! Any negative remarks on the net are sour grape people who need to live in a single family home, alone. Alta Mar is perfect for corporate, retired and snowbirds. We miss the place and do recommend it to anybody wanting the River District upscale experience! WB
