I was a customer at this facility for over a year and a half. When I decided to move, I rented a U-haul from this facility (choosing to give them my business) using that as my written notice that I would be vacating my unit (within the contractual agreements to get my deposit back). I called and was repeatedly told to call back at different times, stopped by on Saturday mornings when they opened (the best time to ensure there is someone even in the office) and told to call later, and emailed them numerous times to attempt to get my deposit back. They never returned my messages or emails and no attempt was even made to resolve my complaint. Don't expect good customer service here.

What a dump! Took one look at my unit and asked for my $ back. They refused. Not paved - gravel, grass and weeds. One building so bad they are tearing it down. Doors are rusted w/ no handles. Inside walls are fiberboard and floors and walls show signs of leaking. I would store my garbage here. Run, don't walk, away from State Line Storage. Dr. Smith, Rock HIll.
