Welcome! Seeking counseling does not mean that you are weak or unable to handle life on your own. Instead, it shows great courage and strength to seek the guidance and assistance of a professional. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of successful therapy. Therefore, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment so that you will feel free to express your thoughts, feelings and emotions. I also use therapeutic techniques that best fit each unique client and their specific situations to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I enjoy working with a variety of clients from teenager to couples and adults. My specialties include working with adolescent difficulties, relationship issues, pre-marital, affair recovery, spiritual issues, anxiety disorders & substance abuse recovery. My hope is that as we work together you will begin to experience peace, happiness, joy and ultimately healing.
