  Hi! My name is Alisa and I am senior stylist. I started my journey at The AVEDA Institute of Charlotte where I graduated in 2012. I shortly after started my career at Dolce Lusso in 2013. I am also certified in many types of hair extensions.

A lead and supporting stylist at New York, London, and Milan FashionWeeks, Dion has been a part of the teams behind looks for top designers including Elie Tahari, Carolina Harerra, Nautica,Badgley Mischka, Brandon Maxwell, Phillip Lim, and more. Based in North Carolina at Dolce Lusso salon, as the Director of Education for their five locations where she leads with passion and heart. Dion, has more than twenty years’ experience behind the chair, and is a truly multi-faceted artist. In addition to being a talented stylist, she is an Aveda Purefessional educator for hair color, and an on-air talent, providing expert beauty commentary during live broadcasts. Dion is often featured in publications including Allure, Real Simple, Byrdie & Women’s Health to name a few. As North America Artistic Director, Styling,Dion will teach advanced styling courses across North America, develop educational curriculum and visual content, collaborate on regional trend forecasting, and much more
