This place is great and the work is excellent. I am very well pleased how well and quickly the work on my computer was done. The office staff are wonderful handling customer service and always make my experience here enjoyable MD 1/15/10

Your tech was wonderful! He was very courteous and friendly. He interacted with us regarding questions and gave us insightful tidbits as to our problem as he worked diligently to fix it. WOW.. is all I can really say about Dat-A-Syst. They are fantastic! Quick turn around time, and very knowledgeable staff. They take the time to explain the circumstances to you, and the customer service is phenomenal! Definitely give them a chance, you won't regret it! They also sell toner for printers, and it is very inexpensive compared to other places in the area!

I took my older model laptop in. The lady was great about calling back but they said that the mother board was cracked. They couldn't fix it.i picked up my computer and it was in a box. Later when i looked in the box at home, all the parts, tiny parts, tiny keyboard, little screws and tiny computer parts were just put in the cardboard box. i can't put it back together.If it was the mother board, maybe i could have found one on e-bay. i saw some for my model..Did they try there? Was it helpful to receive my laptop in 50,000 pieces? NO.I won't ever go back.They may have plenty of vans with their names on the side, but they dismantled my laptop in a million little pieces.
