FOOD GREAT, ***BUT*** the cust srv horrible. Ordered dinner small fried platter menu, asked for fried Alaskan whitefish blackened & sweet tea... wait=25mins. When I checked out the total $15.00+ asked why it wasn't $10+-, she said since I asked for blackened I had to get large dinner portion. I pardoned that, even though I wasnt informed of this and I told the lady I wasn't informed either. PAID the $15.00 still. Got to work, opened my box there was grilled alaskan whitefish, called & asked if they gave me wrong order. She said she gave me what I wanted, I told her I asked for FRIED alaskan whitefish blackened, she said since I asked for it blackened I have to get the grilled teriaki, said she would give me salad for free & would have to go back for the right order -- NO REFUNDS! MORALE OF THE STORY: check your box before you leave, make sure they understand your exact order & if you return your food PRAY TO GOD they don't spit in it -- (FYI:I prayed)

Their food is awesome! The hushpuppies are so good (a little sweet)! There is lots of seating, so you never have to wait very long. It is always a treat to go there!

Great place to eat. Love their catfish! Service is always courteous and fast. Food is always hot and not greasy! We eat their once a week.

Captain Steve's is the best seafood around. Great food. It's not greasy and the best friendly service. This is the way a business should be operated. It's soooo good we go every Friday :)
