Welcome to Willie T’s Seafood Shack, a place that gives us a little slice of coastal living. Willie T’s is a place where you can always find fresh Gulf Shrimp and Delta Catfish, fried or grilled to perfection and where you can grab an ice-cold beer after a long day. We opened Willie T’s Seafood Shack to honor one of the greatest grandfathers that ever sat on the dock of the bay, Grandpa Willie T’! Willie T loved one thing, and that was FISHING. Willie T was a master of the sea, and a master at cookin’ up the most delicious fried fish we’ve ever tasted. But with every dish, he always reminded us that “fishin’ ain’t easy”, and ain’t that the truth.
