Udaya provides individual and group health coaching and yoga instruction for adults interested in reaching their health goals. Examples include creating space for you to create action plans for reaching blood pressure goals, weight and activity goals, blood sugar goals and cholesterol goals. Collaborates with primary care providers and other specialists to assist you in achieving your optimal health. Udaya works with both traditional and alternative practitioners. Udaya spends time with you to answer your questions, provide insight, inspiration, and motivation for you to reach your goals. Call your insurance agent to see if you can get your services covered and if you need a referral from your doctor.
