The Surgical Partners LLC sent us an invoice for $430 for services that have not been performed.

I visited the offices of Surgical Partners LLC who were recommended by my personal physician. I had no interaction with the doctor there apart of 20-second conversation across the hall.

The doctor did not examine me nor performed any procedure. I was displeased with the treatment there, so she left the offices and never got back. 7 months later they sent me the invoice.

I have called the offices to dispute the invoice on the number provided on the invoice itself and got the response that they do not handle invoices over the phone, while the person did check invoice number online during the conversation.
